With this App you can monitor and even improve your breathing.
A healthy constant breathing is essential for your well being. It helps you relax and regain engery.
The best way to breathe is like a baby - deep into your stomach.
Many people have 'unlearned' this way of breathing and inhale by expanding their chest.
Biofeed monitors good breathing behavior and gives you a relaxing acoustical feedback. This regular sound in turn helps you let go of stress and calm down quickly.
How it works:
The iOS device is positioned on your chest and belly (right on the solar plexus).
It analyzes the data based on the minimal tilt change of your belly to your chest. It will not interrupt if this does not happen but will give no acoustical feedback.
Biofeed can be used with and without headphones.
You can change the sensitivity and volume as well as choose from different soothing sounds.
We overhauled all screens to fit nicely with the newest version of iOS.

Once I set the sensitivity, it picked up on my breathing and gave me a gentle gong (like a Tibetan bowl) each time my breath was deep and slow enough. I meditated with it and had a great meditation. The app needs a list of hints or directions. I had to learn through trial and error - but it does work and I like it!
Can be a five!
This is a nice program. I think the instructions are needing improvement; so I can't give it a five. I'd love to see this improved so it can be a five!
The sensitivity setting, takes some experimentation, but very nice.
Also, as simple as it seems, the iPhone is to be placed FACE DOWN on your solar plexus...
The program is there and wonderful. More feedback to be able to utilize the FEEDBACK and HOW.

I can do this w/o an app. It gives specific instructions but no feedback on how you did. There should be a pic of this app next to the definition of rip-off
