Protoscience or pseudoscience? You be the judge. Originally formulated in the late 19th century, many biorhythm theories propose that a set of regular oscillating cycles that begin half way between their respective peak and trough on the day of your birth affect your physical, emotional and intellectual stability every time they pass through that midpoint again. These are your "critical days."
The program's Primary display shows a color coded plot of the three "traditional" biorhythms: Physical, Emotional and Intellectual. The Secondary display shows a color coded plot of a person's secondary biorhythms: Mastery, Passion and Wisdom. You can switch between them by pressing the button marked "1 < > 2". Color coded individual values for each biorhythm for the displayed date are shown to the right of the plot. These range from -100% to +100%.
The program calculates and simultaneously displays both Primary and Secondary biorhythms for up to 16 people in your managed "People" list. Reference dates may be either entered explicitly or the display can be scrolled vertically or horizontally to show charts for past and future dates for the rest of the people in your list. For longer time lines the display also works in landscape mode by simply rotating your iPhone.
It's fun to plot your own biorhythms and see if you feel that they reflect perceived changes in your feelings and abilities. Itís also fun to plot the biorhythms of others to see when you are supposed to be "in synch" and if you are supposed to be compatible with respect to one or more of your primary or secondary cycles.

I agree: best of the bunch
I've been using this biorhythm app for about 3 years, and it is still the one I keep on my phone (I've tried several others). I am a little concerned that the last update was in 2009, but so far it works fine on a iPhone 4s, running iOS 6.0.3. So I do recommend this, as being easy to use and accurate. I've read up on biorhythms since the 1970's, when I discovered that Japanese airlines make sure the pilot and copilot don't have "critical" days at the same time (so somebody is always functioning at top performance). Insurance companies use them, too. Old hippies use them as an explanation. Actuaries use them to predict expensive accidents.
Best of the bunch
I've tried nearly all of them, and this is the best of the bunch. It's accurate (most of the others I've found to have inaccurate calculations). And its graphics blend well enough with its functionality (most of the others are horribly implemented). They kept it simple. And it works for me.
Easily understood and quick
I've rated this app based on what I consider to be important attributes. This app is easy to setup, understand and the size of the app is important as well. Other similar apps are as large as 10 mb! Why? This app rates high due to its small footprint, ease of setup and editing, and accuracy of the dates and simplicity of text and definitions. I rate at 4 stars.
