Workable But Needs Improvements
This app makes using my Blackberry tolerable again, but it can certainly use improvements. It doesn't seem to completely sync with my Z30. Particularly, when composing emails. If you work for the Federal Government, finding someone's address in the Global Address List is cumbersome at best. You can only search for and add one address at a time, exit search and go back in. Also, email signature is absent. One thing I can say is at least it's the same crappy app across all devices - looks and operates the same on my Mac and iPad. The only upside to using the app is I don't have to connect a CAC reader to my iPad or Mac to read email. An iPad CAC reader costs $139, so instant savings. I guess we all got what we paid for with this app...
Needs a lot of improvement
The idea of developing this app is so good but seriously needs a lot of work to improve. Most of time we face a white screen in logging page. App needs optimization and it is so slow. I prefer to go my room and check my mobile phone instead of checking in my iPad. New sms and miss calls should be shown in iPad notification center and blackberry should let developers put there apps in Blend( for example what's app). Some times it needs more than 2 minutes to see a SMS. It is not possible to see calls in the Blend. There is obvious a bug When we replay to sms. We can not see the sentence that typed!!
Blackberry works always starts good but most of time there is not any update and improvement.
Great concept, very poor application. Blackberry continues to sink deeper into an abyss of failure. I have been a staunch Blackberry user for many years but they aren't keeping up with their client base needs. This app for one is horrible and hasn't had an update since July - and there is A LOT of room for improvement! Takes forever to sync with an iPad and then fails to recognize the account - which is also successfully connected to my laptop. Don't waste your time downloading unless you see and update more recent than July. Maybe there will be some vast improvements that make it usable or worthwhile.
