What's New in Version 6.0.1
We've had reports of the table motion causing dizziness and being distracting so we've removed it. Sorry if this affected you and thanks for the feedback!
In version 6.0:
There is now only one deck that shuffles after 50% of cards are dealt. This gives you a better edge and a chance to practise your card counting!
The basic strategy guide has been changed to work with one deck.
The graphics have also been updated.
Like it a lot
One of the least annoying blackjack apps. I've played for months without buying a single chip. It's fast which I like. A real table will also take your money too if you don't have basic strategy down. I also like single deck, it's easier to keep count. Winner winner chicken dinner.
Number of dealer 21s are UNREAL
This has a nice enough interface, sounds, help features (with purchase), etc. I'd give it something closer to 4 stars except for the INSANE number of times that the dealer hits 21 while you, the player, are standing on 19 or 20. It's almost literally EVERY single time, so far beyond anything that's ever happened to me in a real blackjack game that I'm convinced there's a flaw in the algorithm or something. Also the number of pushes at 19 and 20 are surreal, way too frequent to be natural.
Just as Annoying as Las Vegas
Just like Vegas, odds are not in player's favor. Too many 12s and 13s -- taking another card is invariably a face card, unless you're the dealer. No matter how good your hand is, the dealer almost always has one card better. Pushing at 21 is the frosting on the cake!
