This is the second time I’ve had to use Blink. Excellent service! Two different states, two different mechanics. Both responded and arrived within minutes.
The guy was ahead of schedule and handled my jumpstart while I was at work. Very educational and informative.
Absolute Worst at Integrity.
DON’T USE BLINK ROADSIDE. Find another roadside assistance agent, or better yet, call ME and I’ll help you and save you all this childish nonsense.
Make sure you don’t cancel service once you pay for it, even if service is an hour and a half out and you decide to change your tire all by your dress-wearing, sandal-footed self! They’ll make it sound like your refund (which YOU have to ask for, they won’t be adults and auto-refund canceled service) is being processed in 5-7 business days depending on your bank, yada yada yada, and then two weeks later you’ll still have not seen it. Never mind that you called three times to just follow up on your refund, four if you confirmed your cancellation. Oh, and don’t bother to send those four emails to Blink, thinking more avenues of communication makes for a better chance of response, because obviously nobody’s looking at email.
VERY disappointed in the lack of professionalism. 1. Service was cancelled. 2. Even personally called the agency to confirm cancellation. 3. Called two days later to make sure my refund was being processed (it wasn’t). 4. Called another two days later because still hadn’t seen the refund. 5. Called again, after the weekend, because my refund STILL hadn’t been processed, only to be told that since it’s more than 24 hours after I cancelled my service, they have to do a whoooole thing to investigate cancellation before the refund process is begun, and even after that, it’ll be another "five business days" before the refund clears.
I’m not holding my breath.
