I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment program. Hello. After you scammed me by stolen all the bitcoin in my wallet and you decided not to show all the history which it will give you better way for me not to have any proof which is a lie. I need my bitcoin that you stole in my wallet back because I just don’t understand how you’re scamming people and you’re here telling people that you’re trustworthy and honest. Your company is a big scammer because is the second times this will happen to me whenever I log out of the app. When I login back all my bitcoins would have gone without remain 1 bitcoin even those I saved in some others wallet you also stole it and am telling you right now that I will tell the whole worlds about your scamming ways and that your company is a scammer. I will sue your company if my bitcoin is not return and all the history because I have everything in my email and I will make sure I do everything to shut down your stupid scammer company. Blockchain is a scammer app and scammer company.

Holding my funds hostage

I have cash available to withdraw and you won’t let me withdraw it by ACH - your app says “withdrawals via linked bank accounts (ACH) are temporarily unavailable. Please use wire or crypto withdrawals instead” - temporary should mean temporary not indefinitely. So then I tried to wire my money to my bank only to realize the address is my old address, which you also block customers from updating on their own. You also don’t have live support, which is an additional delay where I have been emailing support with slow response. I was advised that in order to update my physical address, I had to submit a selfie with my ID and hand written letter requesting the change. I have provided that. Then I get a response saying it’s being reviewed and you’ll be in touch when there is an update. I don’t understand why it couldn’t be resolved with the time you wasted saying you received the selfie. At this point, you are intentionally restricting access to MY funds, and not providing a reasonable timeframe for resolution. Please update my address as I have provided a state issued ID and am owed MY cash. If I had known that by transferring my assets from my bank’s crypto platform to blockchain, that they would be I unlawfully held from me, I would not have done so. I do not recommend this app and will be closing my account immediately once my funds are returned.
