Fun and addicting but annoying game
This game is very fun, and it is highly addicting, but it has its issues. For one, this is a rage game. Anything that happens in the game that is at all irritating, such as someone destroying territories in your continent, someone using cards against you such as card steal, sabotage, assassination, things like that can really annoy you and make you mad. There is very little strategy to the game and a lot of aggression, there is never any diplomacy, tactics that involve anybody else, or being reasonable with other players, which is what makes Risk the board game a fun family game that is not aggressive, mean, or anger. I play the game a lot (because I have nobody to play risk with) and I plan on buying the full version, but there are some issues I have with it.
For another reason, dice roll results are completely unrealistic. At least 5 times, it was 3 dice to 1 dice and the 1 dice won at least 5 times in a row. It is very irritating that 1 territory with 10 troops can lose to 3 territories with 1 troop. It is unrealistic, annoying, ridiculous, irritating, and it should be fixed by either making dice rolls realistic or by adding a mechanic to make a high amount of troops to be more likely to roll high than it is right now which feels rigged.
Decent but easy to win and the way they do the ads...
The game play is a bit addictive though the game is either won lost pretty early on. Usually in about 5 turns, but I've won the thing in as few as 3. I usually don't mind a few ads to keep the thing free, but the way the interface works here is more than a little annoying and easy to kick yourself out of the app and it's a several-step process to get back in (where said process starts over). I hate that (and give it at least a 1 star or more deduction).
Addictive and challenging
I don't get addicted so easily with iPhone games. Actually it's really rare to me, this game takes all my free time i even enjoy it on 'waiting/queuing' it's perfect for this matter, the game play is awesome and pretty fair and easy to understand even that it need some tweaking and extra cards or some modifications to them, i've some ideas and i might email the developer about them
