Terrible User Experience on App
I have been a loyal and avid bloomies shopper for over 20 years. I use the app on a regular basis, sometimes even daily. What I find to be intolerable and inexcusable is that there is no functionality to filter by the Promotions! The only option being “sales and offers”, which brings hundreds of results. If I get a notification that there is a today only sale on the app, on items marked with “APP25”, I should be able to look at JUST those items within each department that apply. All of the competitors have figured out how to include that functionality for their users. It makes me annoyed and frustrated that a company like Bloomingdales cannot address a BASIC consumer need. Moving from the Nordstrom App to this one is like going from an iPhoneX back to a Motorola StarTac flip phone. It’s shameful really and Bloomingdales should be embarrassed by their neglect to make a functioning pleasant mobile shopping experience for their users.
Hello As a Bloomies shopper for 30 years I am very disappointed with the customer service in the women’s shoe department. The helpfulness has gone downhill and Also I find that if shoe is not in stock the associates do not want to do a check in the system or call another store ?it’s as if they don’t want to be bothered? Bloomingdale’s is supposed to be a high end store that goes above for their customers/ clients and should be building a relationship with us so that we have a pleasant experience and want Most importantly we are spending thousands upon thousands of dollars in the store where we can also take our business somewhere else ? Absolutely Horrible Experience!
Well ~ Of Course “The Polo Cologne” was wonderful.
However...Again there are very serious problems with Shipping and Lying About Availability! I was originally told that my order would arrive before Christmas...TWICE! It did not. Then, I had to remind the sales associate about the “free gift” (a rather crappy one at that!) Which Somehow Got Lost and was Shipped Another Day After Christmas!
They have not asked me to review my Skincare Items Here. Suffice to say, out of Three Estée Lauder Items, Only One Arrived!
The second one they, Yes THEY! Placed on “pickup in store” and the third item was CANCELLED!!! No Warning, No Explanation, NOTHING!
After 3 Phone Calls to Customer Service who said that they had “fixed the problem” and the rest of my items would be shipped...Nothing! Then... I called The Store in Short Hills and was having a nice conversation with the saleswoman who said that I Could Order Through Her, Then! Said to me: “Ohh! I have a customer and I’m the only one here...Gotta Go! Nice speaking with you...”, and! Hung Up On Me 😳 I couldn’t make this ridiculousness up if I tried!
Soooooo...I then called Nordstrom’s and Finally Got The Service and Items That I Wanted! I would advise you all to do the same...Yes! I too miss The Bloomingdales Of Yore...😑
