Best Card Ever
The is the best debit card anyone could ever ask for. Been using this bluebird card for years and have never had one problem. Their are no fees what so ever. You can load money for free at any Walmart. An now it can even be loaded at CVS & Dollar General stores. The app is great and easy to use. I have a main account & a set aside account. Set aside account = savings account. Transferring money from one account to the other is easy. The app even lets me transfer money from my account to my significant other account / card with out any problems. The app also has a side swipe to check your account balance with out logging in which is great. An if I need to log in I can do it with Touch ID. Has a security question for my protection which can be turn on or off. Card can be use any where American Express is accepted. Don’t understand how anyone could rate this app less then 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Please don’t do business with these thieves. If you’re looking for customer service from Americans and not 3rd world countries, don’t use their services. I am literally paying for the mistakes of A representative’s wrong doings as I am typing this right now. Because I am over 2000 miles away from my parents, I use this as a way to receive funds from them while I am in school. Because of this representative’s mistake and me not being able to have access to my own money, this has led me to lose my job (that I had just recently accepted but didn’t make it to my first day) bc I couldn’t pay for gas to get to work, which led me having to drop out of school due to missing days (now 2weeks) solely because I couldn’t get back and forth because they want to do an internal review up to 45 days and not crediting my account for what they’ve done. And they want me to just sit tight as my whole world falls apart over a representative’s careless mistake which started a domino effect of me now preparing to move back home. You’ve been warned!
Real iPhone X Support
This was one of the best banking apps that I’ve used, and then I got an iPhone X. It seems that the app was very roughly updated to support the new display, and the UI elements are all over the place, buttons act up, things don’t line up properly or are cut off as if the app is forced to do something it was not designed for. I find myself restarting the app often. The app is clunky at this moment in time. It needs updated for Face ID; Face ID still works as it runs the same API as Touch ID, it just needs updated in general for the new generation of iPhones.
Request: Please add the “Withdraw” features to the app so I can transfer money to other bank accounts. Right now that function seems to be limited to the web based version only. It’s odd to have fragmented features like that.
