Barely works

This app barely works. Half the time I cannot move or transfer money when I need to. When logging in I constantly have to answer all my security questions. About once a month I am actually able to use the features on this app without receiving an error. Luckily I like this bank but your app is terrible.

I receive an error that I have to call support to move money. If I try to log onto my account to check balances 4/5 times it will not accept my passcode/fingerprint and I have to answer security questions and type my password just to log in. Which is fine but it defeats the purpose of a passcode or fingerprint for easy entry. When the app works it’s great but 90% of the time when I need it to work it doesn’t. I don’t understand why one day I can move money and the next 4 days I receive an error to contact support.

Really bad

I hate this app! I just opened my first bank account and I chose the worst bank for online banking. It doesn’t work. I keep entering my right information that I even saved for auto type on my phone in case I forgot it. And it keep saying my account is invalid. Although it let me log in like twice before. It says I can’t log in anymore because of too many attempts so now I have to go all the way out of my way to the bank because neither their website or app works. Very disappointed. Looking into opening an account w/ chase instead. Since it’s top pick and everyone in my family has it except my dad who was the one that recommended this really low rating bank. Worst mistake. I hate it. I do not recommend BMO FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A TIGHT SCHEDULE AND RELY ON ONLINE BANKING!!!

This App Is Nothing But PROBLEMS

I’ve deleted and re-downloaded this app about three times. Every time I download it the app works great the first few times then when I try to open it again (when I most need it) it won’t ever open. It’s the worse app out of all my banking apps BMO or the creator of this app needs to get their app together and fix this app. I’m a loyal BMO customer so this makes BMO look terrible when they cannot invest in a good quality app that provides the service it needs to all the time. I’m highly sick of it and it is a big inconvenience to have to go online every time to log into my account when this stupid app doesn’t work. I never have issues with my Chase app or my BofA app so BMO what is your issue?
