Worst Customer Service Ever
BMO called me back on March 24 to tell me my account had been compromised. They told me there were three charges all from the same location. Turned out there were only two. The other one they thought was fraud was from MLB.COM. it wasn't and I called and told them that. So they charged me back the fee but they never gave back they money to MLB.COM. I had to pay MLB.COM with a different credit card.after 12 phone calls to BMO Harris trying to get my money back. They told me even though it was their error I was out the 110 dollars. This is the WORST example of customer service I have ever seen. Anyone looking to do business with this company DONT
