I’ve had problems with my unit and the product support via the app appears to be a black hole. They don’t have phone support so it looks like I’ll have no choice but to return the product. The app doesn’t show if you have connected to the wifi and there’s no way that I can see to try to reconnect. I thought maybe that was the issue but who knows. The manual says almost nothing about connecting to wifi which is consistent with the app. A very frustrating experience

This is our second vacuum, the first one was Bobi purchased several years ago. It worked very well and the started not holding a charge. Rather that purchase parts to totally refurbish Bobi, we decided to buy a new one. This time we bought Dustin, a self emptying vacuum and I have been very very impressed and pleased with the performance. Found it easy to set up, connect to WiFi and get him started. My house has never been so clean, even on the day the housekeeper came. We have one cat and even with lots of brushing, she still manages to shed a lot of hair. I highly recommend this product!

This is our first robot vacuum and we couldn’t be happier. We have two dogs and four cats, but our floors are always clean because I have the app scheduled to vacuum every morning. This has saved me a lot of work because the less pet hair and dirt on the floor, the less that gets other places. The mapping is super accurate. I am so impressed.
