The Body Mind Spirit Exercise App has six healthy goals you can achieve by following an exercise routine for that goal.
The goal states are 1) Warmth 2) Grounded 3) Nourished 4) Knowing 5) Flowing and 6) Balanced.
These are not fanciful states or conditions, but everyday experiences we sometimes need a little help and encouragement to recover in ourselves.
The app is easy to follow and the on-screen instructors are both male and female, black and white.
