Helpful criticism.

I've had this app for two years now, and I've seen it improve vastly. It's easy to use, great to see how you improve without having to do the math yourself, and the instructional pictures and videos help when you're trying something out for the first time.

Some things that could still improve. I think this may have been fixed, but doing body weight workouts still need to be tracked! Also, it may be a hassle, but I'd like to be able to make a workout template on the app. Lastly, make an Apple Watch app! That would really lowkey push me towards buying one lol.

Good Functionality, Average Interface

The app has everything you could realistically need to track your workouts. Store sets, reps, and weights with a single touch. It will even calculate your one rep max based on your sets, for what that's worth.

However, the learning curve with the app is fairly steep. There's plenty of function, but little explanation of how to actually DO those functions. A detailed tutorial for storing or retrieving a workout would help a lot.

This app is definitely worth having, but don't try to learn it on the fly at the gym or you'll waste your precious gym time.

Great app BUT.....

Ok so I have been in bodybuilding for quite a long time. This app is great since you don't have to open your browser and it is a lot faster. BUT: it would be great if you guys add more workouts and variations. There are a lot of excersices very well known in the industry that does not appear in the app. Also, it would be GREAT if you could tap the name at the messages of a user and it directly redirect you to their home page. There are many good things about this app and a lot of potential!
