Money money money
Love playing Boggle, hate the greed of the developers. You need tokens to play, yet those tokens are in short supply. No need to worry about getting addicted to this game, you'll run out of tokens before that happens. You do have the option of buying tokens and I am guessing there are people out there who are doing that and will lose a lot of cash eventually. To make matters worse, the way in which the tokens are rewarded seems quirky and somehow my token count never seems quite right. So if you want a fun game to play for a little bit, this is it. Play out your tokens in the morning and then pick it up again in the evening and play again when they refill. Don't worry about whiling away the hours because unless you are willing to pay you won't play long. I am not against making money, but between being bombarded with ads and the short supply of tokens it can destroy the fun.
Loved until it got buggy
I loved this game. I played it on my iPhone for weeks. Then I started playing it on my iPad. Suddenly I would play rounds and it would award me zero points. Then some matches where I was challenged I never got to play and it marked me as having zero points. This is very frustrating.
The worst part about this game is how much battery it drains. Turn off cellular and push notifications or else it will be even worse.
I wish I could pay to remove the ads. I would buy this game for five dollars to never see an ad again.
Boggle: great game, sadly this one disappoints
The original Boggle is great. The idea of playing the same start is really great! Sadly this game disappoints. How? The constant ads distract. Games are limited in that people do not play, yet prevent one from playing games. People are able to use a number of game helps, not necessarily used by other players. While the games and tournaments are given a set time; 2 or 1 minute and 30 seconds. Time can be frozen. It's wrong to set a time and then let it be expanded. If a time is set, meet the time. The original did not offer all the present extras, the original provided a great challenge.
