EVERYONE that uses this app has the same concern. WHY can you only view history one day at a time?! Any field tech needs to be able to view activity past a day- and may possibly need to view over a week. (Comm fails, late-to-test, environmental conditions- like is the sunset or a guard flashlight activating alarm, etc). What is most shocking to me is that a highly technical company like Bradley Data that is in the SOFTWARE industry hasn’t fixed it! I’ve been using this app for over a year, and this is the only time I’ve said something about it, but EVERY SINGLE USER says the same thing. You can’t fix this minor issue and have the from/to dates selected with scroll wheels?? It’s unreal!!
I use this every day now for over a year and every day I wish there was a way to check history more than one day at a time. Really frustrating. Recent customer list could be longer than just 5, so you could scroll down the list. I don’t always know what account number I need and with the search I would like it to get back to the list searched and not reset to a fresh search. There could be settings for users to customize it to their liking. So much potential but it’s not coming around.
They took away the refresh button on the activity screen. I am now having to toggle out of activity screen and the back to get it refreshed. And the default is now a months of activity when I mostly use same day feature. Can’t make everyone happy.
Oh Silly me! You pull down the screen to refresh it. Old dogs can learn new tricks if someone shows them.
