Great for sharing travel pics

We used this app on a month long stay in Paris and it has been a great way to document and share our adventures. I like the clean interface and the ease of entering the information and some pics. The best part is that you can export this as a pdf. We have sent these to about 100 friends and they love it! Especially good for my 85 year old mom and 94 year old aunt. It has become a true record of our trip, much better than all the digital pics that never get printed. We will print out the journals and have an excellent record.
I also have to say that the developer was really helpful when i asked a question. I hope they have expanded the faq section, it was confusing with those.
It is also good to know that more options are available on a regular computer rather than an ipad or iphone (which is all we had in paris), but we still managed to get them out.
Great app, will use again, ask questins if you have any problems.

Easy, beautiful, simple

I recently returned from a 40 day adventure to Southeast Asia, and my one regret is that I didn't discover this app before my last week there. The app is perfect for any trip big or small if you're looking to document and/or share your trip as a streamlined story (as opposed to picture albums on most social media platforms that are not really designed to tell a continuous story).

It is very easy to use.
Your entries are organized by days and days are organized into timestamps. You can even map out your locations. It is very minimal but it is everything I need to tell a story.

The final product is simple and beautiful. A bonus is that you can export your journals in PDF should you wish to print out your journal. (It would be nice if there was an option to print it in a book form - but maybe that will happen in the future :)

One of the handy features of the app is that it doesn't require Internet connection to write and save entries unlike other journal apps I tried. So you can take notes on the go and put your journal together while on the plane, train, or bus.

The FAQ answer just about any technical question you have, the founder of Bonjournal will even answer any other question personally and quickly, and if you need inspiration to start, there are Featured Journals to check out!

Great app (so far)

I'm in the middle of a long trip and am using this app for the first time. I love that it is easy to use while offline. I can create entries at any time and upload them when I get on wifi. One drawback for me is that you are limited to 3 pictures per entry. I find myself having to create multiple entries in order to share pics. It's very easy to share blog with family and friends. I have had one problem where I can't get an entry in the order I need it to be. Not sure why but when I change the date and time it's not keeping it. Also, I wish there was an option to somehow create a printed journal with a photo company but I don't think there is. I will download to pdf after trip and see how that is. I would recommend this app to anyone traveling who wants to blog it.
