I’ve used several similar apps and ultimately I’ve stuck with Bonsai because of its potential, and it’s pricing. While there are other apps that offer more functionality that I’m looking for- the improvement the Bonsai team makes every quarter are more than enough to show me where they invest and how customer feedback plays a part. For a solo freelancer like myself it’s a professional app that’s been nothing but beneficial over the 14-16 months I’ve had it.
This app has issues syncing with the Mac menu bar app, resulting in lost data. That’s a real bummer when you’re using this as a way to track hourly income. I’ve legitimately lost money due to this bug.
