Well now you can stay in shape while having fun with your friends at home with the new BOOTHCAMP App by Shawn Booth! Shawn offers a new fitness and nutrition program designed to help you discover and maintain the body you've always wanted.
The app features multiple fitness programs, over 200 exercises, meal plans with regular and plant based recipes, a macro calculator, a progress tracker, Shawn’s lifestyle insider peaks, and so much more! Another exciting feature will be the “community feed”- an in-app community where we can follow other CAMPERS, support each other and post before and after photos.
BOOTHCAMP is for everyone, regardless of where are you starting. Shawn has taken the time to customize his workouts to ensure all his CAMPERS feel right at home no matter their current fitness level. With 200 exercises currently in the app and more on the way, you will constantly be challenging your body and mind to achieve greatness!
The BOOTHCAMP App will continue as a recurring subscription length of one month and billed at $12.99/month USD. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions lengths will auto-renew each month for a one month period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the $12.99/month USD renewal. Subscriptions to the BOOTHCAMP app may be managed by yourself as a user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. There will be no cancellation of a current subscription during an active subscription period.

Love the workouts but having some technical issues
I love the workouts! They are challenging and you are able to customize for your own level. I also like that every workout is different each day. I have been using the app for workouts for about 2 weeks and I have already lost 5 pounds. I am hoping to start using the nutrition guide more this week and tracking my progress.
The only downsides I have been dealing with is that I have to restart a certain exercise when it is being timed because I spend about 5 seconds listening to the instructions. I wish there was a buffer for instructions before the timer started. Also, after completing the workout and clicking “go to progress” the app shuts down. So now it doesn’t really track how many workouts I have done for the week. Hopefully an app update will fix that issue.

Good workouts - has some bugs
The workouts are great. Meal plan is okay. It doesn’t track the workouts very well. It asks how many times you want to workout and it doesn’t correctly track them. After 3 days of working out it still says 1. Then the following week it never reset back to 0 to start again. It is still stuck at 1. It is also a little confusing because you can’t actually see future workouts. It just cycles through the same week plan on the main screen. Another thing is you can’t mute the audio for just one workout, it mutes them all or nothing. It would also be nice if it gave you a few seconds to get ready for the timed workouts. By the time I get into position 5-10 seconds have passed already.

Exactly what I needed!
I’ve always been one to work out and have mostly been lifting lately but as a single mom I needed something I could do at home too in case I couldn’t make it to the gym. This is exactly what I was looking for. You can tailor it with the weight to make it as hard as you need, but would also work great for a beginner as well! I also use it at the gym so that it keeps me on pace and I’m not resting too long in between sets.
My favorite thing about the app is it walks through the whole workout and times it. If I was using a program before it would tell you what to do but you’d have to use your phone to do a timer. This makes it super simple. Love the meal planning aspect too!
