The food and symptom tracker I ACTUALLY use
This app is AWESOME. For so long I’ve been told I should be tracking my symptoms and food, and it’s always been hard to get in the habit. It’s hard to write everything down, keep a notepad on you at all times, etc. With this app, it’s very easy- because you have something organized and pre set up, but customizable at the same time. My favorite features are- the customizable fields, the ability to take pictures of the food, and the export feature. This app is very easy to use, and when I forget I always am reminded to update.
The only thing I think could be nice would be a feature I’ve seen on “fitness/diet” apps, where they have a library of food to select from, which helps you count calories. It would be helpful for people with IBS to also have that library identify FODMAP food. However, if adding a library like that would slow down, alter, or add to the apps size in anyway, then I don’t think it’s as necessary.

Easy & Simple
I really appreciate how easy it is to keep track of the basic information. I like how I can go back and put information in even if I skip a day or two. Although it only takes a minute to do so! There are good days when I don’t even think about it.
I’m sure the app can allow me to do more, but I just need a simple log and great if you need the same. Great feature is being able to print out your history to share with your doctor if you need to. Thanks Bowelle. I would definitely recommend this app.
It’s really helped
I’ve used for about a week now and it’s really helped me to track my symptoms and triggers. I have had unusual onset symptoms and used this apt to help get my dr an overall picture of the cycle of pain and problems I’ve been experiencing. I will continue to use it. It’s user friendly. I can just snap a shot of what I at and enter my episodes (with edited time stamps) as I have time to. I wish there was a an automatic separate tab for abdominal bloating and cramping and severity. With time stamps. That would be useful. Overall very useful. Thanks!
