Not so great

TBI_Mom

My daughter had a TBI a few years ago in a car accident and so I am always looking for apps for her to help with memory and to improve cognitive function. After spending time with her in institutions such as TIRR and Touchstone Neurorecovery I ask many more questions than the average individual. What attracted me initially was that it said concussion app. I wondered what it could possibly be for because there is no way that anyone should trust an app to diagnosis a concussion or deviation in cognition. That's what ER's are for. In looking at it further it seems it is marketed as an app to track your progress. So we went in and took the tests. The tests were odd, never saw anything like them in diagnosing or testing cognitive impairment at either facility and they are very similar but slightly different than the other apps that test or grade cognitive ability. Then I looked at the cot. Luminosity was the most expensive app we purchased for her but it was used in conjunction with various other apps and workbooks that were a fraction of a cost. I'm not really impressed with their interface. Definitely won't purchase for us or my family but it was interesting to see how I faired when compared to my daughter and grandmother who took the same tests. Glad there are more people developing apps to improve cognition but I don't think, at this time, this one is for us.

Fantastic! Been hoping for help, could see for Myself! Soon as my pay comes - paying member! wow

This is amazing! So glad I found this! For 3 years — I been to doctors, specialists, had brain scans, psychiatrists, neurologists... awful. Name the dead presidents / See this scrap paper, remember what it says, look up & down. You're fine. 2 neurologists later paid to see why I am not fine after a bad ect. You are fine.
So why when I worked part time what I could with chronic depression, had a bad zap: ect I butchered a client's hair after a 20 year career? Holding both my clippers & scissors in my hand & could not figure out why or how to put them Down?

Fine. smh This is what I been hoping for, praying for for three tears. I can tie my shoes again & drive, care for myself BUT! Clumsy, sippy cups, all day ling Dorey Brain. I know what I am doing, but forget what I was thinking every 10 minutes. Memos all over my place, a wreck of a place, nothing gets done. Can't complete anything I WANT to do.

So glad I saw a documentary about a man who had a stroke. He & his -neuropsychiatrist said = scans and x-rays do not show coordination issues, what part of the brain may have been compromised. Upsetting. This said it all in 5 minutes. Need help. As soon as I get paid, I am a member! (upset,) how many ACT, SAT, personality tests, job tests ... this is for ME. Wonderful — thank you. Was kinda fun too

Fraud

The load results page was BLANK. Nothing at all after I took the test. Very disappointed and a waste of 10 minutes.
