Don’t waste your time with this app
You go through all the work of booking a ticket...wait a few hours...then realize you don’t have a ticket.
What’s the point? Will they really refund my money? Who knows?
All I know is I wasted an hour and now don’t have a flight. Thanks.
Won’t refund cancelled flights
I and my girlfriend booked through Bravofly/BF 2 months ago. One of our legs is with AirBerlin. AirBerlin goes out of business yet BF never informs me. I only know this because my girlfriend got an email saying reservations are canceled. We then try to get an alternate flight with BF and they say they will inform us by email within 2 days. We did this twice and each time they send an email that we can’t even reply to saying there are no available flights. We are getting the runaround while our flight dates are arriving.
They tell us we have to find alternate flights and to request a refund through AirBerlin. We pay BF money yet we must get a refund through AirBerlin. But only a refund through on that part of the leg?! Yet the other legs are still valid?!
At this moment I’m still on hold trying to solve this problem after 3 weeks, and with a new customer service each time...update....finished talking....they only can tell me they will put in a request for a refund, but get this, within seven days. My flight leaves in 11 days. Any new booking I get is going to end up costing probably double since the time is so short now. So now I wait on a possible refund that who knows if it will ever happen. Horrible customer service and obviously not an American-based company which they would never do something like this. Their management should be ashamed... and I find out it is a British-based company. They should know better than that!
If you book with this company beware as they don’t have things well organized and up-to-date. And you’ll be working with customer service that is obviously outsourced to Asia like the usual companies cutting financial corners, all at the customers on peril.
Overalls great app!
I loved the app. It's super easy to work and I love that everything I need to make arrangements for I can do using one app. I wish when I was looking at hotels that there was an easy way to go back to the main list of all available. It seems like I had to do the search from scratch once I clicked on a hotel. Other than that it loaded fine and I am happy that this should save me some time than searching through many websites.
