Great Bread Instructor
I discovered this app along my quest to learn how to make a great pizza. Once I realized how important a good crust was to a great pizza, I also learned how all the necessary skills are the same as for baking bread. I decided I would learn how to make bread but was overwhelmed by all the fancy bread books, that assume you have previous formal training. This app changed everything for me. Chef Kalanty has truly mastered the teaching of making bread. The videos included with each step in each recipe demonstrate the methods of developing the dough to create the best bread (and pizza) that I have ever made. Learning on iPad with this app has made it possible for me to proudly call myself a Baker, a weekend Baker, but a Baker none the less. Thank you Chef!
This app is great. It has video instructions that are very helpful when I follow along with the recipe. Chef Kalanty is very thorough and a true artisan. I wish I had this app when I was in my bread class, so I wouldn't need to video tape the entire course. The recipes are also really good. It's much easier to have this app on my iPad rather than carrying a big recipe book if I'm out and researching recipes. Thank you for making this app to make life that much easier to bake. Hope for more apps like this in the future.
Finally Bread seems EZ
Had friends over last month and noted that the only thing not homemade was the bread. Always figured it was hard. iPad plus this baker guy make it really accessible. I already made my own baguettes. can't believe i just said that. i made my own baguettes. woot woot!
