Deepak Chopra's guided meditations help enter the state of meditation and remain in it. Focusing on one's breath and then gently manipulating it is a powerful way to start any meditation, therefore the Breath Meditation in this application is a great way to start a longer meditation session.
Use this app to meditate in situations where you have some time to meditate and your iPhone is with you: when traveling, on a train or sitting in bed.

Not worth it
Allow me to save you $.99: turn on some meditation music. Sit upright with your legs crossed and your hands palms up on your knees. Close your eyes and notice your breath. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath. On the in breath say to yourself "so" and on the out breath say "hum". Do this for 5 minutes. You're welcome.

This app is not for iPhone. While meditating you have to make sure your phone doesn't go sleep mode cause it takes you out of the app

Way too short, if it were longer it would be perfect. Way too short.
