Increasing my stress resistance

I never looked at my stress from the perspective of resistance and level until I started using this app.

It’s very helpful to know that breathing(!) can help build resistance to stress. The mastery of breathing, I feel, is a big part of stress release. The great thing about that is, we all have the ability of breathing.

I’m curious to know more about breathing techniques and exercises that I can do to help improve my stress resistance and also potential help my pulmonary system grow into something that is strong, as I age.

Nice little breathing reminder app

Nice app for reminder to stop and concentrate on some deep breathing. I do love the scenery with this app. Not sure about the heart variety stress measurement feature with the camera, but at the very least it gets me to just slow down a little bit and enjoy some gorgeous scenery on taking some nice deep breath's!

My 7+ phone is stressing me out more because of the new camera feature.

I tried and kept trying, but it only added more stress--- wish it would be easy to use, but the iPhone 7+ does not adapt well. It keeps cutting me off--- sorry.
