Simple and that's the point
The 1:4:2 breathing ratio may be the single most health inducing breathing technique (at least for those who don't make pranayama a full-time endeavor). This app guides in 10 1:4:2 breaths. It's simple, elegant, and works. What more can I ask for a free ad supported app that let me turn off the ads for 99 cents. I'm going to use this app every day. Nice.
At first,I did not recognize how valuable this little app is! I use it for the "quick few minutes" of breathing when a more formal practice is not possible or practical. So easy.........thank you!
A good way to practice a specific breathing technique. Doesn't take much time to do. I do it every night before bed.
