Excellent App for BP
I love this app! It teaches the mechanics of breathing and then makes it possible for you to practice correct breathing every day. It's an excellent way to put you in a relaxed state and to lessen feelings of stress and lower blood pressure.
I used the breathing techniques I learned from this app while waiting to see my doctor. I was able to lower my blood pressure several points just by getting into a relaxed state.
Worth Every Penny
This app really teaches you the mechanics of breathing - it doesn't just cue you to "inhale" and "exhale" and talk about the diaphragm and belly breathing - It actually TEACHES you in a clear way, HOW to work with the your entire body, so that you can feel and see the improvement. Knowing HOW to breathe well is priceless!
Love this App!
I have tried other breathing apps but this one is so much better because it teaches you the mechanics of breathing and how to breathe the proper way. Since I have been using it I have become more relaxed. I highly recommend it.
