Could be 5 stars

But the music is terribly distracting,and ruins it for me. I can't pay attention to my Breathing or her instructions because of the music. An option to simply turn it off would be easy to do, and would earn this nice app at least one more star from me!
The other thing that I would like to see – hear – is whether I'm breathing or out of the nose, followed by where I'm exhaling from – mouth or nose. That might seem obviously or basic to the initiated, but to those of us for whom this is new, specific details would be great to see. This is a good little app that could be a great one.


Nice basic app for breathing techniques! Can you explain the energize breath , do you breath in through your nose and out the nose and how long and how many times you do it? Thanks

Unpleasant music

I would give this five stars, but the irritating music sabotages any relaxing benefit of the breathing practices.
