Simple & Easy

I just started using this app for some anxiety issues I have been having. At this short time I am extremely please on the results. I have slowed down and the app has me thinking throughout the day to stay focused, from ding to dong. When The Mayo Clinic advises you to use this app, I will use it and use it daily.

App with flexible features

This app has flexible features. You can rely on only the visual signal to inhale and exhale, or you can close your eyes and listen to a male or female voice along with one of several background sounds. If you want just the background sound, you can set the voice to "silent."

If upset, stressed, or angry...

I don't use it unless I actually need to feel calmer.
I have been amazed that I can use it to so easily change my mental/physical state. I'm sure I would benefit from using it on a regular basis, but that's never going to happen. However, just having it available makes me feel more secure - I know I can pretty quickly calm myself down no matter what's happening. Nice!

3 YEARS LATER- To the Developers

Please please please- create an Apple Watch version! I love this app and the control it gives me over anxiety. I would use it even more if I could access it via my watch.
