Brentwood bank is the best bank that I have dealt with in my 45 years in business. They really know how to handle small business. They do it right. After dealing with PNC for 25 years it was a breathe of fresh air dealing with Brentwood. They make you feel like you are one of the family and not just a number like at those larger banks. I tell everyone that is going to look for a loan for a house, car, or business to check out Brentwood and you won't be disappointed. Special shout out to Joe, Sandy, and Jesse, for all the do for me and my business.

Powerful new feature
App has many of the things you would expect in a bank app (bill pay, check deposit, Touch ID, etc). What really stands out is the debit card controls. You can turn debit card off when not in use so no one can use it. Can restrict purchases by geography, dollar amount, merchant type. Can set up alerts so you’ll know if someone is trying to use your card.

I’m very disappointed
I was hoping this new site “upgrade” and new app would finally create a functional experience. I can’t tell you how many times I am locked out because I miss type my password or user name. I have to them call the bank. Also, I have a business account and I do not have the ability to deposit a check on the mobile app. I have to drive to the bank to deposit any checks I receive. Honestly, I am so frustrated with the lack of features and glitches that I have started to look for a new bank. My son has a account as well and he hates the website and app also. Just not good at all!! I don’t know what you all upgraded because I actually think the old version was better!!!
