The new app looks great. Only think that is still not working is the Automated AC schedule set up. It doesn't lower or raises the AC at the times i tell it to lower or raise. I've disable it because it doesn't work. Manually it does work great. needs more work.

This POS app has removed every reason we've stayed with Brighthouse Security for so long.
Mobile controls of alarms- gone
Mobile control of zones- gone
Ability to view home activity- gone
Up to date with ANY smart home abilities- gone
Apparently our home's "broadband connection" is always down so every service is "temporarily unavailable"... although EVERY other thing that relies on an internet connection in our house works seamlessly.

upgrade doesn't work
My app yields a blank white screen now, completely unusable, security support team unable to offer a solution. I now have no app functionality.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
