Easy to use app and great access to amazing customer service!
I am planning a road trip from California to Texas with my best friend, my boxer dog Cash. I was a little nervous about booking through the app so I tried calling the number on the site thinking it was for the hotel. It ended up connecting me to a Bring Fido representative named Susan in South Carolina who was the sweetest, most helpful person I've ever encountered in customer service! Very patient and easy to understand. When I told her that I was trying to contact the hotel she asked if I wouldn't mind her helping me assured me that she does this all day long! By the end of our convo she had booked all three of the hotels I was interested in with ease and was very cautious with my personal info and would even call the hotel herself to confirm any questions we had. 5+ stars for Susan and the entire Bring Fido team.
Review on the side and when calling
I've not been trying to reserve a room for over an hour between the application and the website. It keeps looping back to hold music, phone rings on and off then goes back to music. I've now been on hold again and as I write this review I am at the 15 minute mark to just speak to someone. The prices are different on their site and the app, so the same company has multiple different prices for the same room. Doesn't match up. When you call the locations before booking, you'll find out, but the point of the app is to help people looking for a place to stay with pets. They call and it rings once and goes to voice mail. Yet any other place I can get a call back. Needless to say I don't understand the lack of care for the consumer. And the sad part this is my first time using the app. Ok very disappointed in this company ad they have lots of money to get commercials, put it into your companies voice mail and staff, apparently there are none and your phone system is broken. Very unhappy already
Thought the app was great until I needed Customer service
I used this app 2 times the first time was fine no problem. The second time I used it and seen my credit card was charged not only from their app but from the hotel directly and when I emailed about it I was asked to send screenshots of the 2 charges and I did. The response I got back was the hotel told them that the charge was for staying more then one night?? What I didn’t stay more then one night I only booked one night I was traveling from SC to NJ we only needed a stop over and I don’t have charges for any other nights beside the double charge for the one night. Secondly I was told that since my credit card didn’t process the charges till 2 days later I can’t prove the date I stayed at the hotel! Wow really you see both charges processed the same day in the screenshots but that’s not good enough! Perfect Customer service...NOT!! Their “free service” cost me $76. Lesson learned.
