I live by this thing!
Great time management tool! I've had it over a year now. I have to manage many menial tasks with work, school age kids, and honey do lists, this is my second brain. Also it is a great way to set a reminder for prepping for a work call, or to stop a project or book I'm concentrating on and get to the next item in my schedule, very cool. Better than just the iPhone calendar or outlook, which tend to be great for big-picture scheduling, and this is good for the little-but-important tasks. One of those for me is to get trash cans out late Sunday night! 👍
Eats away at memory
For some reason this app takes more and more memory as time goes on... like Gigabytes of memory. I deleted it once to free up memory and re-installed thinking it was a glitch, but it did it again. I just deleted it for the last time, after eating up 2.5 gigabytes. I found all the other functions to be fine, except for needing to leave the phone plugged in and unlocked to make sure he alarm would actually go off.
I have been using Brrr Alarm for more than a year, and it has been perfect for discretely keeping track of time in places like the quiet floor of the school library. Although the app drains the battery and eats up memory life, I was willing to live with that and work around it. What I can't live with are the anti-Clinton ads that blare out of the app unexpectedly and defeat the purpose of having a silent alarm. Unless audible ads are removed from the app, I will delete it and tell my friends to do the same.
