Personal Moments of Zen
I love this app. As my title says, it gives me personal moments of zen whenever I need them. Like having my own private Buddha living on my iPhone for those times when I'm feeling like I need a spiritual and emotional pep talk.
Don't bother. Buy the book.
Great content but the app is pointless. It doesn't add anything you can't read in the book. I thought it would be little guided meditations using the book's principles, so you could listen on headphones while going to sleep but it's just basically the book in electronic format. Not worth the $ at all.
I try to start each day with a little of Buddha's brain. These short practices and readings get me focused in the right direction. The added audio pieces are a nice feature.
