It's okay

I wish the app were more explanatory and was easier to navigate, especially when paying bills. I also wish the main screen was better put, other than that the app is decent but could use work

but thing ,

Slowest app I have ever used

This is probably the most poorly designed app I have ever used. The purpose of having an app is so that you can quickly access this and have an easier experience than the desktop version of the sight. For me, it is faster to log in every time I want to get into the app and navigate through the desktop version of the website in my phone. That is how bad this app is. First off, the interface is absolutely hideous. All it is is a white background with green ovals. When I try to scroll down, one of the green ovals will be selected and then I will have to press the home button in the top left corner to get it to go back to the main screen. That is the other problem- there is no swipe function to swipe back like most all apps have in ios8 and even 7 for that matter. Anyway, I would be semi-okay with it if the button actually worked. Every button needs to be pressed twice on most occasions- once to be selected and the other to actually get to the next screen. Also there is no way to tell I was indeed successful or not in selecting the button besides to wait for a solid 10 seconds and see if anything happens. One time I didn't think it registered so I ended up paying a bill three times and didn't realize it until it was deducted from my bank account. Bottom line: it looks and feels like a fifth grader designed this app.
