Presenting a unique way to visually learn antibiotic coverage of pathogenic bacteria.
What's New in Version 1.2
Now multiple antibiotics can be selected to see how they will act against bacteria. Also, labels have been added to the bug wheel so that one can better see what bacteria is being covered.
I'm really impressed by this app and I think this has great potential. I hope you'll take the profit on the app and make it more polished. I'm a pharmacy student and I would use this all the time on rounds. I appreciate your disclaimer but it would be worth your time to improve your app with the new resistance patterns, for instance ASHP just put out a position paper S pneumo resistance. Maybe consult an ID faculty to help you tidy this up? Thanks so much for your hard work, I look forward to using this.
Helpful conceptual tool and reference
With the latest update adding names of bacteria on the circle and the ability to see coverage of multiple abx at the same time, this teaching tool and reference is just about perfect. The graphics could be a little higher quality and the pinch and zoom features on the iPhone could be polished but, overall, very usable and unique resource.
