Buildup is a jobsite collaboration platform that streamlines communication and issue resolution between owners/developers, general contractors and subcontractors. It is actually used by subcontractors and gives you insights you’ve never had before.

It simplifies and enhances field construction management by providing construction project teams with integrated access and the management tools they require, directly onto their smartphone or tablet. Using Buildup allows all those involved (field managers, subcontractors and project executives) to easily track their tasks, report and manage issues, share documents and plans, view progress in real time, and much more - all within the Buildup app!

Offers the ability to carry out the tasks and punch lists through easy-to-use checklists that include pass/fail tests, relevant photos, additional texts, dates and signatures.

Issues/Punch Lists:
Buildup offers a super easy to use issue tracking/punch list that takes 5-10 seconds to log, manage and track to completion. Every issue logged includes all the relevant data, including photos of before/after, assigned subcontractor, and the history of the issue.

Advanced Reporting:
Real time reports are available to all relevant users, detailing both how the project has progressed and its current status. These detailed reports allow the analysis of issues that may be holding up project progress, and present information on issues to whatever level of detail desired.

Real time notifications allow increase in productivity and project development by directly notifying team members about time-sensitive project updates, allowing them to solve problems more quickly than before.

In-App Messaging:
An enhanced messaging boards ensures authorized team members are able to communicate with each other regarding either the entire project, or any specific unit. All such communication is documented and saved in the cloud for any needed access or auditing you may require to help keep your project on track.

Documents and Plans:
All the relevant documents for the project are always synced and up-to-date from the within app. It is easy to upload documents, annotate over any uploaded PDF or photo, and share with any members of the team.

Automatic Translation into Other Languages:
Buildup makes it so easy to communicate with each other, with its automatic translation into other languages, such as Spanish to English and vice versa. Issues are automatically translated which leaves no room for second-guessing.

Procore Integration:
Buildup’s integration with Procore automatically syncs project and personnel information already set up in Procore to be instantly used by Buildup’s Issue Management System throughout the lifetime of your project. Avoid the headaches of double data entry and get up and running with your project structure in a few seconds vs. days with synced accuracy.
