Simple and awesome!!


Just what I needed. Other apps only track your rest time. With this app you can pre-program your number of sets, active time, and rest time. Recommended.

Tabata intervals have never been easier (ha)


It was always complicated to time my tabata intervals when I was on the treadmill or on the bike. Usually having to fiddle around with stopwatches or watching a timer. Now my phone just signals to me when to make a switch.
