Hi Res credit images failed!!
Bushnell tried, but failed with the new update for this app, just as the apparently have failed with the new Impulse Camera! It takes forever to get pictures to show compared to the previous app! I contacted bushnell today also regarding the high resolution credits because ever since I downloaded the new app, I haven’t been able to get a single Hi-Res pic that I’ve requested and most every time, I get an email saying that the upload failed! But the tech reassured me today it would work after I deleted the app and reinstalled it! Well I did just that and go figure, it still doesn’t send me the hi-res images I requested! Also, nowhere online or on the app does it even show the hi-res credits I purchased but he said they are currently working to fix that because the forgot to include it!! That’s pathetic management for a company this large! Good luck
I have had these cameras for two years (5 on my Ranch) and they are consistently terrible.
The app is buggy also, always some new issue.
And Bushnell customer service is the worse I’ve seen.
Camera function is lousy too.
And GPS location of camera is not even close. Does not update. I’ve moved my cameras for weeks and it shows old location even if you use the locate my camera function.
I’ve been through 2 of these cameras and they assured me that it was just a hardware issue and I shouldn’t have further issues...not the case. They send the pictures...sometimes, they might also catch things on camera if you’re lucky. I’ve tested these cameras with 5 bars of LTE service and they still send pics at a 50/50 ratio. Most of the time they don’t even trigger if you walk in front of them. Really just crap.
