Generally, it is very convenient and a good deal. I have used Bypass many times. The biggest problem is there is no way to resolve an issue. No "contact us", no "report a problem", no "I did not receive my order"..... I have had three problems using this. The first two were resolved sub-adequately, but last night the server brought our order to the end of our row, then turned and looked the wrong way and walked through the whole section next to us, then down and he disappeared, never to be seen again. It was the second order I had placed, and the first one arrived without an issue, but $31 and an hour later, I still did not have my order and had no idea how to resolve it. I finally went to customer service for the stadium and they took down my name, number and account number and said someone would contact me tomorrow. If you are going to charge my card for $31, you should have some method to contact you or the venue
Some major flaws
Great idea but some major issues. You put your seat location in first thing and are never given an opportunity to confirm it and check for errors. No way for support. I ordered drinks and accidentally messed up my location, there was no way to edit, no way to get in contact with someone, no one ever contacted me about my drinks and now I'm $10 in the hole. Ordered a second round and they got there in 3 minutes - it works but only if you don't need help within the app. Website also isn't working.
This app is nothing but frustration. I've tried to use in three successive seasons. It has rarely worked. I've missed more of my ballgames trying to get this to work than just waiting on line to get food.
