We Can Do It!!! "2"

I am now on the end of Week 4 of the program. My weight had remained at a consistent rise of 2lbs and drop of 2lbs for the last 2 weeks;But after starting week 4, the pounds have started to shed again. 😭 I can't tell you guys how relieved I am to no longer be in a stagnant position, scale wise. On week 4, I run 3 min, walk 1.5, run 5min., walk 2.5 and repeat once. Today is week 4 day 3 and it was the first time I hit a runners high, ever! I ran the 3 minutes,then got halfway through the 5 minute run when it hit me. The pain and burning in my legs went numb, I no longer felt out of breathe, and just as I was about to hit the peak the timer dinged. So I stopped and did my 2.5 min walk. What was this feeling I just got a savor of? This taste of heaven?! The second 3 minute run came and the euphoric feeling I had only temporarily felt wasnt there right away, and the burn was back, but right as I was hitting the end of the second three minute run the high came back, so when the timer dinged to begging walking, I kept going for another 5 minutes. It was amazing. I don't even know if this makes sense, but I'm so tired I can't think straight lol. Totally recommend this app, can't praise it enough. Thank God for it!

Excellent training program, needs a little fixing!

I am currently on week 6 day 3 and I have gone from barely being able to jog for a minute and a half to running my 1st 5k (and not walking at all!) this past weekend. I am thankful for the progressive and easy training, however, at least once every 2 weeks the app decides to just... Stop working in the middle of my run. For example: I just completed week 6 day 2 today and that is 10 minute jog, 3 minute walk. The chime came on for me to begin my 10 minutes of jogging, but then never came on to change over to walking. When I stopped after jogging for something around 12 minutes (5 songs), I checked the app and it said I have only lapsed 6 total minutes! 5 of warm up and only 2 of jogging?! It was frustrating and this is not the first time this has happened. The app will quit itself if you lock the screen with it on, it won't play pandora through the app and constantly stops counting down or playing the chimes over my music. Most days, it's fine, but every 2 weeks it takes a total crap and doesn't work! Please fix these issues! I love the program otherwise.

Amazing!

This app is great! I've really been feeling badly about my weight recently, so I got this app because I wanted to run a five k. However, it turned into a weight loss thing for me! Every morning I would have my protein smoothie, and go on my jog. I would often repeat days since I continually used it every day, until I felt comfortable to move to the next week. Eating healthier and using this app has been so helpful, I've lost 4 pounds in the last two weeks! It's amazing, and I thank them so much. I've gotten motivated, while not focusing on losing weight. I still come home and have a cookie, or eat out occasionally, and it's only 30 minutes, leaving me the rest of the day to enjoy my summer. Being in high school is tough and hard if you're overweight, but I've been working so hard!!! Thank you :)
