This is changing my life!!
I haven't run in years and was afraid to start again because of shin splints in the past. This program has been amazing. The interval training is exactly what my body needed to get back into moving again. My legs are stronger every time I run and I know that the ret between each run day is the reason why. My body has time to recover and be at its peak for my run day. I've been at this only 2 weeks now and am in love with my workout! I can't wait till it's time to workout again because it feels sooooo good! The voice cues are perfect so I don't have to keep looking at my phone while I run....the app tells me when to run and walk so it's a no-brainer!!! It's like having a coach with you the whole time, and that makes such a difference. I love this program and am kicking myself for not doing it sooner!! Thank you Zen Labs!!
Started running at 56
I NEVER ran before but always wanted to. Couldn’t go more than a few minutes at a time. I started this and just finished the 8 week point. I can NOT believe I can run 30 minutes straight. I keep upping my speed on the treadmill tiny amounts each time and I’m close to running 2.5 miles. 5K here I come!!! (Try for endurance over speed when you start.)

This app is amazing!
I am 52 years old and haven't run or done any type of exercise besides walking in over 35 years. I decided to try a 5K and started training for it using this app. I only got through 5 weeks instead of the 8 weeks due to weather issues but it was still enough to prepare me and I actually finished the race and jogged the whole way! This was a HUGE thing for me and I couldn't have done it without this app! Thank you!!!!
