Cadence 1.9.4 – We're happy to bring you a shiny new version of Cadence to you!

Appointments – Ask Customer – Now you can utilize the Ask Customer feature from Mobile.

Live Feed URLs – Posting URLs to the Live Feed will now display a preview of the content at the shared link, including preview image, title, and short description. Users can tap on the preview in order to launch the URL.

Customers - Last Engagements and Upcoming Engagements – Added visibility into a Customer's upcoming and previous engagements at events. A new sub-menu now exists within Customer profiles that displays their past and upcoming history of engagements at events, as well as the check-in status.

Customers – Engagements Menu – Now you can see the Status of customers’ appointments at a glance for any given event.

Other Features and Improvements worth mentioning:

Customers – Linking from Appointments – Customers’ Full Profile is now visible from within an Appointment’s details

Notifications – Link to Section – You can now link to a specific menu (in addition to items within a menu, such as a specific Session). Sections include Sessions, Materials, Collections and Appointments.

Live Feed – Disable Participation – Live feed can now be configured to remove the ability for others to post, like and comment, which can be used for events where only officially messaging is required.

Appointments Check-in - Badge Scan Improvements – When checking in via Badge Scan, you are now able to scroll through a given users appointments. Previously only the closest appointment appeared. This improvement allows more flexibility.

Surveys - Summary Screen - after taking surveys now displays correct answers in a more intuitive way.

Home - Improved stability on the Home Screen for complex configurations.

User Profiles – Added Assistant Fields, which will display in user’s contact information (if provided).

Notifications – Improved Deep-linking of Notifications. Push Notifications can now direct users directly to their Schedule, Appointments, or Live Feed Menus.

Appointments – Appointment Details – Customers are now displayed first within Appointment details to make it easier to access Customer Profiles, and various other design and User Experience Improvements.

Bug fixes – We had a few goofs. Words were said, fingers were pointed, but at the end of the day we fixed them and had a big group hug.
