This Cadenza v2.1 update is the commercial release of the Informatics Philharmonic performed live on 26 Nov 2018 "An Evening of Music with AI China Premiere" at Central Conservatory of Music, the single most prestigious music conservatory in China. This China Premiere concert is well-received in the classical music scene in China and widely covered by prominent state-run media - Xinhua News Agency and China Central Television CCTV-2 Business channel, CCTV-13 News channel and CCTV-15 Music channel.
New features in this v2.1 include: (1) added an intonation visualization feature to highlight in red and blue for notes that are sharp or flat on the score after each take; a slider allows mark the intonation with various degrees of precision from permissive to critical (taking equal-tempered tuning as the standard). Most wind instruments have particular notes or registers the pose intonation challenges. Cadenza can hear tuning in fast notes that are difficult for a musician to hear, and impossible for an electronic tuner.
