Being healthy and working out is on the agenda like never before. Now you have the opportunity to find out how good shape you really are, without paying lots of money at testing centers.
Calculate VO2max is a small handy calculator that lets you figure out your oxygen uptake based on several scientific parameters. Answering a couple questions about yourself and your workout will give you an estimated fitness age, oxygen uptake (VO2 max), and a comparison of your fitness level to the rest of the population. You can save your results and compare them to your friends´ through the application´s leader board.
