Calendars 5 is smart, excels in both tasks and events and runs on any iOS device you might have. It's the calendar app you have been looking for.

Three things you'll love about Calendars 5:

What makes Calendars 5 great in use:

Love the app

I'm a busy wife mother full-time grad student and I am very project-oriented. Needless to say, I rely HEAVILY on calendars and to do lists. Perhaps too heavily. I've only used this app for about two weeks so I'm still getting used to it. I think I'll love it once I have better grip on using it. I was on google calendars for years so I'm used to that interface. What I LOVE and required was that this app let me sync my google calendar which was full and well established, with this calendar. It also synced all my Reminder lists from the iPhone app. I wish I could sync more than one google account to the app because I had calendars associated with 3 separate gmail accounts but it appears that's not an option. Otherwise, I've had no probs using and it fits well with my day to day life.

Almost Great

For many years I used ACT!, a contact managing calendar. I've tried numerous calendar apps on my iPad and iPhone and what I miss most is the following features:
When an scheduled appointment is entered, the appointment is added to the contact, thus giving me a history of that contact. And, it would be wonderful to have the ability to make notes, reminders and follow up with the contact on the calendar. IMO, you would then have a "World Class" Calendar!
It might be as "easy" as coding in an option to access users contact listing. Finally, when making an appointment with a new party, the calendar could serve as a portal to facilitate this event into the contact listing. I hope you will give these suggestions a consideration. I would be willing to pay an additional fee for these features.

Should be the default calendar app instead of Apple calendar app.

I am updating my review because I have one more request on top of the top others that haven't been answered yet:
In the widget view, please display the first or two first events of the next day. When. I go to bed and I check the widget, it doesn't show my morning events unless it is passed midnight.

----

I love your app, super easy to use and much more convenient than Apple's calendar app. I wish apple allowed user to choose their default calendar app (and browser and mail app for that matter).

I have two improvement suggestions:
- please add a duplicate event button when you click and hold an event. It would open the add event form with all the fields pre-filled with all the info that were in the selected event so you just have to change the date of it. It's much easier and faster than copy, move to the next date and paste.

- it would be really nice to have a field that allows you to select a time zone when you add an event. I work with people on multiple timeline and some I wish I could easily set up a time for someone that is on a different timezone.

Thanks a lot.
