Log in doesn’t work
I just downloaded this app and it doesn’t work. I am immediately logged out with the message: “Session Expired.” Once I do get into the site, my loan info is not listed, but my profile and messages come up, but then immediately another message pops up that says: “An unauthorized request was made to the server. Try logging out and logging back in again.” I have tried this several times and the app still kicks me out without allowing me to do anything. I would love to be able to utilize this app when making monthly payments, checking loan balance, etc. I also searched for a way to contact Caliber support for this app issue as the website works fine. Couldn’t find an easy way to get assistance. Not impressed.

Sign on issues
Signed in once earlier today and haven’t been able to sign on since. I received an error msg that reads incorrect combination however I’m able to sign on through the website.
Update - Sign on issue has been resolved I’m currently able to log on via the app with no issues.
Thank you for the feedback. We had a small issue impacting logins through mobile. This has since been resolved and we would love to have you try again.
Must have short password
I was having login issues on the app but could sign in fine on the website. When creating a password on the website it says it can be up to 100 characters long but the app would not accept my login until it was below 30 characters.
