App support button goes to a Facebook page that asks me to login. I don't have or want Facebook, so I will attempt contact here. I was about to buy the pro package but have a question... When you start a plan, how do you progress to the next levels, as in the book convict conditioning? Is it automatic, once you choose your starting level? Why not allow contact through your website?
