This app finally got me to work out
It took me a long time to get in the habit of regular exercise and a big part of that is this app. I can design a custom workout, or use the pre-designed ones, schedule it, and then get gentle reminders. This app is like a personal coach, set it and follow the steps. It automatically logs them and backs them up on iCloud so you can use it across devices.

This app really gives you a full log to come back to and help me out personally a-lot! As long as you put out work, it does its job, and definitely gives you great routines for short time period like when your on break. Thanks to the creator for this app!
Love it...needs a little tweaking though
This app is pretty great! I love the preset workout routines and the automatic rep updates. However, it’s kind of buggy. When I change reps numbers during a workout, it doesn’t update the number automatically. This confuses me sometimes.
