These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Your Calm subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Calm also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $299.99 with unlimited access to the Calm Collection forever.

Calm integrates with the Health app. This feature is optional.

The most important daily habit I do

On a journey to become more healthy, adding in daily meditation has made the biggest impact in my life. As a anxious person who has also suffered with depression for more than half my life, I can not overstate the benefits this practice does for me. Eating better and exercise are important, along with medication and/or therapy if need be, but if you deal with mental illness, I encourage you to try meditation.

Calm is an easy to use app. When you need a quick minute, select Breathe, and help get your body and mind under control when you are stressed or anxious or otherwise overwhelmed. Use guided or open meditations when you want to go deeper. The guided meditations are all well done, not hokey, and good for beginners. I love the open meditation with the option to ring a bell to help keep you focused. I also occasionally use the Sleep Stories. I loved being read to as a child and apparently it is something I still appreciate as an adult. Often I listen to a book on Audible to help fall asleep, but the stories in this app are great for falling asleep to as well.

If they were to add any more guided meditations, a meditation focused on grief would be amazing. It is such a unique and profound emotional experience and I would think meditation would be a wonderful help to move you through it. Plus, when grieving it's very hard to focus so a guided meditation would certainly be beneficial.

This app has transformed my life.

Before using calm, I was an anxious bundle of unfocused tense energy. I've struggled for years with ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, and emotional mood swings. I was starting to notice the same patterns in my 9 year old son, and his teachers asked me to put him on medication. That was a wake up call for me. I could never focus in school without medication, but I wasn't ready to medicate my son without exploring other options. I started using Calm with him a few mornings a week as a way to focus him before school, and I found that over time I was also personally functioning at a much higher level and felt better than I had since childhood. On days that we don't meditate now, there is such a marked difference, that I don't know how we survived without it before. I now also do yoga and workout daily and best of all, my new mindfulness practice has helped me become a better father. I was always there FOR my son, but I never really knew how to be there WITH him. My anxiety and stress always had me focused on other things. Now being with him is the highlight of my day, our father/son relationship has transformed, and we are both doing soooo much better. Thank you so very much for this app and the effort you have poured into it. With Love and Appreciation.

Such a wonderful, universal tool

I first utilized the free version of the Calm app and I loved it. I am so happy that I purchased the full version! I use the Calm app daily-if not multiple times a day! It took me some time to incorporate Calm into my daily schedule & little by little, progress was made :) I love all aspects of this app and find myself playing it in the background more often than the radio, etc. I aim to fully relax & lay down while listening to a Calm session, but that isn't always ideal. It is so wonderful that I can play a session while doing almost anything! I find myself listening while I'm in the shower, getting ready for my day, cooking, cleaning, the list goes on. It's great that there are 3 minute sessions - 30 minute sessions! If I listen while I'm driving, I make sure to fully pay attention to driving, but having Calm play over the speakers helps me relax during my commute, & in turn it helps to prepare me for my day :) I also love the daily quotes & I share them with my Mom, Sister & co-worker via txt message. Additionally, the background noises are the best! I could play Suspended Droplets all day! This app Truly Helps Me Fall Asleep!!! It's amazing!!! Thank You for this app! Thank You Tamara Levitt!!!
