Such a useful, well designed app!


The developer has really made this a one stop app. You can now use the built in stop watch for your activity and log all your exercises. You will see immediately how many calories you burned.

This app is feature rich. I use it for all my workouts and also for all the tools included in it. This has always been a good app. But the developer has upgraded it into a high quality, very worthwhile app.

Don't let this one pass you buy. It will help you lose or maintain weight and get fit and healthy. Of all the fitness apps I've used, I like this one best.



Good app for the average person, I use it for all my personal training clients. Only problem is there isn't any way to track BMI for athletes. It's hard to use for my athletic clients and myself because of the inaccuracy for athletes. I am a 6' 6" 258 lbs 35 year old trainer and athlete. I get my body composition done by hydrostatic body fat testing (water tank) and my BMI is 14.6% however, this app says my BMI is 29.4%. I would give a much better rating if there were a way to track average AND athletic body types

This app is great for logging activities most apps never mention like splitting firewood or feeding farm animals. It's a great way to more accurately track your daily activities so that everything you do gets to be included in your daily log.
